The primary role of the Presales Engineer is to communicate and demonstrate the features, capabilities, and benefits of using the WhizAI platform. The Pre sales Engineer will partner withAccount Executives to guide potential clients to evaluate the WhizAI platform for augmented consumer analytics. The Pre sales Engineer provides in-depth technical knowledge and support during evaluation of the product, as well as maintaining demo environments and leading technology and architecture discussions with clients and prospects.


  • Provide pre-sales support for pre-qualified opportunities for the WhizAI platform
  • Craft and deliver technical presentations of offerings to new potential customers
  • Conduct technical working sessions to jointly architect solutions to business problems leveraging the WhizAI platform with prospective new customers
  • Remain up to date on WhizAI solutions and maintain familiarity and adherence to all company methods and procedures
  • Work with sales management to drive sales through optimizing processes, training of team, and development of a culture of collaboration, learning, and success


  • 5+ years of pre-sales or consultant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management or data science. This includes at least 3 years of experience in the field
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and Databases
  • Excellent knowledge of designing and implementation of ETL processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Python Programming and processingJSON, XML, CSV files
  • Shell Scripting and good knowledge of Linux commands non-Technical
  • Good communication & analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex selling situations, involving multiple departments and levels of the organization (i.e. Line of business, C-suite, IT, etc.)
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on participating in the sales process
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and desire to solve problems
  • Life Sciences or Med Device Industry Sector experience a plus
  • Experience of working reporting and analytical products isa plus
  • Travel up to 40% or as required

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to work within a virtual global team environment
  • Knowledge of current data modeling, and data warehouse concepts, issues, practices, methodologies, and trends in the business intelligence (BI) domain
  • Experience in data warehousing, architectural design, dimensional modeling (star schema),ETL, and data migration
  • Understanding of client business concerns to lead translation into technical inputs and analytical outputs
  • Knowledge of cloud-based architecture is a plus
  • Knowledge of NLP and AI analytics-based products/solutions
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations
