Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst at WhizAI you will:
- Be accountable and responsible for one or more customer implementations at the same time from inception to delivery
- Understand and document the project scope and functional requirements
- Create, update and regularly communicate project plan and current status internally and externally
- Proactively identify risk and roadblocks, propose mitigation and communicate internally and externally
- Understand data and source data systems with help of customer and customer’s data team for the identified use cases
- Create logical business model and come up with high level solution, business KPIs, dashboards
- Act as a business proxy user/subject matter expert to validate the solution built on top of the WhizAI platform
- Provide consultancy and train business users on how best to leverage WhizAI platform to drive business decisions with the help of data by showcasing domain/subject matter expertise and product knowledge
- Work with solution architects and consultants for managing their task and on time delivery
- Understand solution and WhizAI platform at enough technical detail to intelligently solutionise the business problems and explain to customers and counterparts
Key Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and project management for implementing customer projects
- Experience in:
- Designing and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to outline the business vision, objectives, product roadmap and a project release plan
- Using different tools and techniques to facilitate requirement gathering sessions
- Acting as a proxy for business stakeholders to work as a part of the delivery teams
- Leading small and large sized teams of different roles from a delivery perspective
- Contributing to product backlog representing WhizAI customers
- Need to be self-driven with a strong sense of ownership & urgency
- Ability to understand, challenge and collaborate on the technical solutions provided by the team
- Strong assertive communication & analytical skills to interact with business stakeholders, data/platform architects, project sponsors
- Experience in managing and implementing data heavy analytics solutions in the SaaS model
- Knowledge of Life sciences, pharmaceutical and healthcare domain
