Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Designer to join the product team. At the core of this role, the person's main task will be to help design the user experience of WhizAI Platform. In this capacity, you will:
- Engage in a disciplined and repeatable design process to envision and execute on thoughtful experiences that solve specific business problems.
- Work closely with PM and Product Area Squad Leaders counterparts to drive alignment and build influence on the outcome.
- Simplify complex problems and drive clarity by articulating designs using appropriate tools: low-fidelity deliverables, prototypes, mockups, etc.
- Closely partner with other UX Designers, researchers, and content strategists to perfect and deliver original design solutions.
- Present, lead conversations, and drive issues to closure during weekly design reviews on Product Area calls and executive creative leadership.
- Write and deliver detailed design specs from low fidelity to high fidelity wireframes .
Key Skills
- 5-7 years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- Responsive design and a solid understanding of common desktop, tablet, and mobile design patterns
- Both Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design are useful
- Knowledge of the user experience (UX) process as well as design principles
- A creative and strategic thinker who can explain the strategic reasoning behind creative solutions and show how they align with strategy and client objectives.
- Experience with wireframes, layouts, visual design, and prototype development
- Must be curious (don't be afraid to ask questions or conduct additional research!)
- The ability to receive and provide feedback, as well as a positive attitude
- Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and In-Vision
