Test Automation of Augmented Analytics Systems that Employ a Conversational- AI Interface like ChatGPT
The efforts required for continuous testing of AI-powered augmented chatGPT-like software products are constantly increasing due to a variety of test data and new features being added at a fast pace. Leveraging automated testing will speed up the QA process and help the team meet the delivery schedule. Automated testing allows faster test execution, is consistent and reusable, promotes early detection of defects, and can be integrated with CI/CD tools to speed up integration testing of the different software components. This report describes an approach and the benefits of employing automated testing in addition to manual testing of AI-powered analytics products that employ Generative-AI based natural language interfaces like ChatGPT - WhizAI.
